The reception team are incredibly helpful and resourceful. The Riverside Suite is a great venue overlooking the River Wear and complex catering challenges are flexibly handled by the team in Throwingstones Restaurant. All in all - a pleasure to work with!

After a meeting with Elaine we were shown the excellent facilities and decided to book the lecture theatre at St. Peters Campus for an important communications event from our Executive Vice President, who was very complimentary about the venues and the facilities.
Everything went extremely well and the staff were incredibly helpful, including excellent technical support.
